Please note:

United Arab Emirates

  • 2–7 Business Days

GCC Countries

  • 5–12 Business Days

International Shipping

  • 7–20 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight

  • Shipping method selected

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • Tracking link

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.


5. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

XILORAA is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.


7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact our support team.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide assistance whenever possible.


8. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with family members, neighbors, or building reception.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  3. Contact our support team for further assistance.

XILORAA is not responsible for packages stolen after successful delivery.
